These particular earrings were inspired by fabric trim scraps I bought in bulk. Scraps my local craft store would otherwise discard in one of many wasteyards that embody how trash capitalism really is. So bright and pink, these cuties remind me of honest smiles charged by the interlocking eyes of a couple of lovebirds, and that I’d take earrings over flowers any day. An ode to the honeymoon phase in which love and infatuation are intertwined.
